What’s included in a cleaning?
Every new client’s first visit is an initial deep clean. After that, we can discuss maintenance service. Every home and office is different; this guide shows tasks to discuss when preparing your quote. Your confirmed scope determines what is included.

Routine home cleaning
Kitchen
- Wipe accessible countertops and exterior appliance surfaces.
- Wipe the inside of the microwave.
- Clean sink and faucet.
- Wipe accessible cabinet fronts as agreed.
- Clean floors.
Bathrooms
- Clean toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers within the agreed scope.
- Wipe counters, mirrors, and reachable surfaces.
- Clean floors.
Living areas and bedrooms
- Dust reachable surfaces.
- Wipe commonly touched surfaces as agreed.
- Vacuum or clean floors.
- Empty ordinary wastebaskets as agreed.
We bring our own vacuum and cleaning supplies.
Deep cleaning
Deep cleaning adds time for agreed detail work and buildup. We review the condition and priorities before quoting; the tasks are not automatically the same in every home.
Move-in and move-out cleaning
We discuss the condition of the empty home, access, and the exact tasks needed. Cabinets, appliances, and other detailed areas should be specified in your quote if you want them included.
Office and commercial cleaning
We can discuss work surfaces, restrooms, common areas, floors, and a schedule suited to your business. The scope is customized to the space.
